Paulette's professional journey spans three decades of classroom teaching, instructional coaching, curriculum leadership, and school administration. She has worked side by side with teachers and school leaders to strengthen instruction, increase rigor, and improve student outcomes in complex, evolving learning environments.
Having experienced firsthand the gap between educational theory and what actually works in real classrooms, she founded Rigor Rewire to provide the resources she and her colleagues wished had existed: realistic, effective, and immediately applicable. She remains actively engaged in school leadership — bringing real-world insight into every training she delivers.
